This light base provides the skin with a fresh and radiant look throughout the day. This primer helps foundation adhere to the skin and gives a glowing finish to makeup. Photochromic pigments in connection with MICA and white pearl reflect and spread light, giving the skin an overall glowing appearance. The lightweight formula provides an immediate smoothing, moisturizing effect. This product is recommended for dull or dry skin. This product can be used all over the face as a primer or in targeted areas such as the top of cheekbones to illuminate them. The 'Glow Primer' can be used user, over or mixed with foundation.
