We aim to dispatch your orders within 5-7 working days for major cities and 6-10 working days for rural areas. 
For some items, however, it may take longer depending on size and weight of an item, as well as holidays, dangerous weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. 
"Special Request Items" dispatched from UK or USA require a minimum of 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Please Note: If you are placing an order for the first time, our Customer Service Representative will get in touch via phone call once your order has been received. We will confirm your order and delivery details then. 
Orders placed there after will be processed automatically and will not require confirmation over the phone.

Shipping charges, including the Cash on Delivery service, are Rs. 250 per order, regardless of weight or the number of items you may have ordered.

We only deliver within Pakistan at the moment.
